Shipping Policy

Processing times vary depending on which unit you choose.

Ready to ship units = 1-2 business days.

Vendor units = 7-21 business days.
Custom Pre Order units = 7-21 business days.

Once your order has shipped or it’s ready for salon pickup, you will be notified by email & tracking info will be sent to you. Shipping usually takes 1-4 business days. Packages may experience delays due to COVID or weather issues. Understand this is completely out of my control. I am not responsible for your package after it is received by the carrier (USPS). If you have any further questions with shipment you must contact USPS directly. After receiving your tracking information wait 24-48 hours for USPS to update the tracking.
